- How is the price calculated?
- You pay per active student per month, on a tiered rate: ₹8 up to 300 students, ₹6 for 301–700, ₹5 for 701–1500, and custom pricing above 1500. A school with 200 students pays ₹1,600/month; one with 500 students pays ₹3,000/month. Teachers and parents never add to the bill.
- Is there a setup fee or contract?
- No setup fee and no long-term contract. Pay month to month and cancel any time. We'll help you export all your data if you ever leave.
- What is the PWA app?
- The parent portal is a Progressive Web App — parents open it in their phone's browser and can add it to their home screen like a native app. No Play Store or App Store download required, and it works on any Android or iPhone.
- How does bus tracking work?
- The driver opens a page on their own smartphone and taps Start Route. No special device or SIM needed. Parents see the live location on their app and get a push notification when the bus is 1 km from their stop.
- What are push notifications?
- When a teacher marks attendance or publishes results, parents get an instant notification on their phone — like a WhatsApp message but free, direct from your school's app. Works on Android and iPhone without any app install.
- Can we try it before committing?
- Yes — request a demo and we'll set up a full working instance for your school. You can import your student list and test every feature before deciding.
- What happens to our data if we stop?
- Your data is yours. We'll give you a full export (CSV and PDF) of every record — students, attendance, marks, everything — before you leave.
